Join me to learn about your options for birth after you have had a cesarean. I will share current, evidence-based information about VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) and repeat cesarean. In this interactive workshop you will:

- Discover the specific options available in the NH Seacoast (as well as the rest of New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Boston/northern Massachusetts), for couples who have had a previous cesarean
- Gain the skills and confidence required to help you communicate with providers about your wishes, make informed decisions, and build a supportive birth team
- Examine your previous birth experience(s) in relation to their impact on future birth experiences
- Identify ways that you can plan for the birth experience that you would like
